This role is 100% Urogynecology subspecialty care — no general gynecology or primary care — with opportunities for both independent practice and close collaboration within our multidisciplinary team. Whether you prefer a dynamic, team-based environment in Newark or a more autonomous setting leading care delivery in Sussex County, both roles offer rewarding work within an organization that prioritizes compassion, innovation, and excellence.

    • Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Deliver patient education, counseling, and care coordination
  • Assess surgical candidacy and collaborate with the surgical team as appropriate
  • Opportunity to work autonomously at satellite sites while benefiting from a supportive system network
  • Travel between locations may be required for collaboration and training

Why Join ChristianaCare’s Urogynecology Team?

  • Be part of a respected subspecialty practice with deep community roots
  • Lead and shape care delivery in a new, expanding Sussex County practice or contribute to a high-volume, academically affiliated Newark site
  • Collaborate with an experienced, compassionate team that values innovation and teamwork
  • Access career growth and development opportunities, including:
    • Leadership development programs
    • Academic collaboration and teaching
    • Quality improvement and research initiatives
  • Enjoy a supportive, inclusive culture guided by ChristianaCare’s values of Love and Excellence

Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
