Inhospital Physicians is actively seeking a dedicated Hospitalist APP to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in Rochelle Park, NJ. This role offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to make a substantial impact on patient outcomes in a specialized care setting.
Role Details:
- Schedule: PRN day shifts, 8 to 10 hours each, need 5 or 6 shifts per month
- Patient Load: Manageable case load of 12-14 patients per day, ensuring quality care and attention
- Duties: Supervise and manage the care of severely ill patients, focusing on complex medical issues without the requirement for procedural interventions such as intubations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Hospitalist roles, Critical Care, or previous LTAC environments highly regarded
- Strong clinical acumen with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid medical license
